Can I specify how my products are arranged?
By including an image reference with a description, drawing, or even a quick photo with your cell phone, we will understand how you wish your items are to be arranged. Please include any details that you require. Product requirements - what do I send?
There are a few requirements to keep in mind when sending products to our studio: Please check to see if your products fall into one of our major categories, if not, just email us with reference images and ask us. The products sent to us for the photoshoot should be clean, not used, and without damages or scratches, etc. For apparel items, please only send Small or Medium sizes, they look and fit best on our mannequins. Where do I send my stuff?

What if my products require assembly prior to shooting?
We allow for minor assembly and cleaning. If your product(s) require extensive assembly or major cleaning, we bill at $85/hr.
Can clients be present during the shoot?
We want to make the photoshoot process cost-efficient and as streamlined as possible for our clients. Here are a few reasons why clients aren't present during the shoot: The rates per image are set based on time and expertise to shoot the products (this is far less than the rates of having clients on set during the shoot, which would add more time to the shoot, and thus, a higher-end cost to the clients). Shipping products to and back from the studio Do you ship my products back when you’re done? Yes of course! You can provide your UPS or FedEx account number if you have one. Alternatively, we can donate your products to a local charity or discard them if you don’t want them back. Due to import and export regulations, return shipping is limited to US addresses. Our studio does not accept orders by phone or in person. We’ve custom-built our Order Form for optimal workflow organization and efficiency. Any discussions, additional information, or special instructions should be in writing (order form or email). This is the only way we can avoid misunderstandings or situations where information was lost or hasn’t been heard.
