We want to make the photoshoot process cost-efficient and as streamlined as possible for our clients.

Here are a few reasons why clients aren't present during the shoot:

The rates per image are set based on time and expertise to shoot the products (this is far less than the rates of having clients on set during the shoot, which would add more time to the shoot, and thus, a higher-end cost to the clients).

Most e-commerce product photography is able to be done through other means of communication rather than the client being present during the photoshoot - by online order forms, emails, phone calls, and by having detailed reference images for angles.
What happens if something is unclear?

We will review your order form before we start and let you know if we have any questions before the shoot begins.
